Nurturing Parenting Program for Teens Fall 2010
Being a parent is the most challenging job you’ll ever have, but with the right skills, knowledge and experience it can be the most rewarding.
The Nurturing Program will:

Reveal new ways of understanding your child’s needs.
ü
Show how to interact with each other.
ü
Create positive family relationships.
ü
Develop new skills for coping with the stress of being a parent.
ü
Promote essential life skills to assist you in daily living.
The
program is for all TEEN parents in Newton County.
Location: Allen Memorial United Methodist Church
803 Whatcoat Street (on the Oxford University Campus)
Date: August 24, 2010- November 16, 2010
Time: 6:00pm – 8:30pm every Tuesday

Child care is provided and Dinner will be served. Weekly drawings and incentives!
